What Does This Custom Portrait Include?
One (1) PDF file for you to print-at-home. The PDF file will include different sizes of the portrait for you to cut out. (NOTE: Design will be created using CMYK printer colors, so the original photo’s colors may differ slightly from the printed result)
How Does it Work?
Place an order with us by answering the required prompts before adding to your cart.
Once you place the order, we will send you a DropBox link via email so that you can upload your photo.
You will receive an email with a PDF of your digital portrait! Need it within a certain timeframe? Let us know in the order notes! (If there is no requested timing, your portrait will be completed within 4 business days.)

Can I send this to someone as a gift?
Yes! There are two ways to accomplish this: 1) Enter their name and email address when placing the order so that they can upload the photo on their own or 2) We can send them the portrait’s PDF once it’s finished. Simply add their name and email and a gift message to the order notes!
Why do the colors of the original image (skin tone, clothing, etc.) look different than the picture once it’s printed out?
When an image is printed using any printer with ink, the printer use a different method of coloration than a digital screen, so they can sometimes look different or slightly more “dull” than a digital image.
Will I receive a copy of this portrait on paper?
No, this is a digital downloadable file only. There are no physical products or prints associated with it when you purchase a commission. If you’d like recommendations on where you can get this image professionally printed, send us an email at paige@winsomeparcel.com!
Can you combine multiple photos into one custom portrait?
For further customization other than the watercolor backgrounds, please contact us for more information. There may be additional charges associated with more aspects added to the portrait.
